These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Agreement" or "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter "the User", "Player", or "you") and kaya86 (hereinafter "kaya86", "the Company", "we", "us", or "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports wagering platform accessible at kaya86.cam.

kaya86 operates as a premium online casino and sports betting service tailored specifically for the Malaysian market. The platform offers a range of gaming products including but not limited to: slot games, live dealer casino tables, sports betting (covering Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, UFC, and other international events), live football wagering, lottery products, arcade games, and virtual sport simulations.

All transactions on the kaya86 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Supported payment channels include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and selected cryptocurrency networks (BTC, ETH, USDT, BNB).

In these Terms, the following definitions shall apply unless the context requires otherwise:

By accessing the Platform, creating an Account, or placing any wager on kaya86, you confirm and warrant that:

• You have read these Terms and Conditions in their entirety and agree to be legally bound by them;
• You have read and agree to the kaya86 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference;
• You have read and agree to the kaya86 Responsible Gambling Policy;
• You meet the eligibility requirements set out in Clause 4 of these Terms;
• You are not accessing the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and close your Account by contacting customer support.

To register and maintain an active Account on kaya86, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your membership:

• Age: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. kaya86 strictly enforces this minimum age requirement in compliance with responsible gambling best practice applicable to casino-style gaming activities. Players found to be under 21 years of age will have their Account immediately suspended and all funds returned to the depositing payment method.
• Legal Capacity: You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
• Jurisdiction: You must not be accessing the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction prior to registration.
• Single Account: Only one Account per person, per household, per device, and per IP address is permitted. Attempts to circumvent this restriction through the use of VPNs, proxy servers, or other technical means are a breach of these Terms and will result in account termination.
• Own Funds: You must only wager funds that belong to you and which have been deposited through legitimate payment methods in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited.
• Mental Capacity: You must not register or access the Platform while under the influence of substances that impair your judgment or decision-making capacity.

The Company reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including copies of a National Registration Identity Card (NRIC/MyKad), passport, or other government-issued identification. Failure to provide such documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension.

During the account registration process, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes your full legal name as it appears on your identity document, a valid email address, a Malaysian mobile number, and a secure password of your own choosing. You are prohibited from:

• Providing false or misleading information at any stage of the registration or verification process;
• Registering an account in another person's name or using another person's payment details;
• Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing restrictions applied to an existing account;
• Using temporary or disposable email addresses for account registration.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity conducted through your account. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact kaya86 support immediately at [email protected]. kaya86 will never request your password by email, chat, or telephone.

In accordance with the Company's anti-money-laundering (AML) obligations and responsible gambling requirements, all Players are required to complete a one-time Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification process before their first withdrawal is processed.

KYC verification requires submission of the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: A clear colour copy of a valid Malaysian MyKad (front and back), Malaysian passport (biographical data page), or equivalent government-issued photo identification;
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued document confirming your current residential address, dated within the past three (3) months;
• Proof of Payment Method: Where required, a screenshot or photograph confirming ownership of the deposit method (e.g., e-wallet account name, bank account name) used to fund the kaya86 account.

The Company aims to complete KYC review within 15–30 minutes during operating hours (9:00am–1:00am MYT). KYC is a one-time process — once verified, a Player is not required to re-submit documents for routine withdrawals unless there is a change in personal circumstances or the Company has reasonable grounds to request updated documentation under its AML obligations.

7.1 Deposits. The minimum deposit amount is RM30 per transaction. Deposits are accepted via Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, RHB), and cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH, USDT, BNB). All deposits are credited to the Account in MYR at the time of confirmation. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at the prevailing market rate at the time of transaction confirmation. kaya86 does not charge a deposit processing fee.

7.2 Withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per transaction. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically feasible. Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts and payment methods registered in the Player's own name — third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. Approved withdrawals are processed within 1–3 business hours during operating hours for e-wallet and DuitNow/FPX methods.

7.3 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Completed KYC verification as per Clause 6;
• Any applicable bonus wagering requirements have been fulfilled in full (see Clause 9);
• The Account is in good standing with no active fraud investigation or AML review;
• The withdrawal amount does not exceed any applicable withdrawal limits in force at the time of the request.

7.4 Cryptocurrency Withdrawals. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are processed within 30–90 minutes for BTC and ETH, and within 30 minutes for USDT and BNB, subject to network congestion. Network gas fees applicable to cryptocurrency withdrawals are borne by the Player. MYR-to-crypto conversion is applied at the prevailing rate at time of withdrawal initiation.

8.1 General. All wagers placed on the kaya86 platform are final once confirmed. Players are responsible for verifying the correctness of all bet selections, stake amounts, and applicable odds before confirming any wager. Technical errors in your own device or connection that result in an unintended bet do not constitute grounds for cancellation.

8.2 Sports Betting. Sports betting markets on kaya86 cover Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League (EPL), FA Cup, UEFA Champions League, UFC, and other international events. The following rules apply:

• Odds are subject to change prior to bet confirmation. The odds displayed at the time the wager is confirmed are binding;
• In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or cancellation, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable sport-specific rules published on the Platform;
• Live in-play betting is available for selected markets. Bets placed during a broadcast delay are the Player's own risk;
• The Company reserves the right to void any bet that has been placed at odds that were published in error due to a technical fault.

8.3 Casino and Slot Games. All slot and live dealer games operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. Published RTP figures represent theoretical long-term averages and are not a guarantee of individual session outcomes. Past results have no bearing on future results.

9.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses and promotional offers made available through kaya86 are subject to these general bonus terms and the specific terms published for each individual promotion. In the event of a conflict, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

9.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable multiplier is specified in the relevant promotion terms (typically between 10x and 20x the bonus amount). Where a promotion specifies a deposit-plus-bonus wagering requirement, the Player must wager the combined sum before any withdrawal can be approved.

9.3 Maximum Bet During Bonus Play. While any bonus credit remains active in a Player's account, the maximum permissible bet per spin, hand, or round is MYR 300, unless a lower limit is specified in the relevant promotion terms. Placing bets in excess of this limit while bonus funds are active constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

9.4 Game Contribution Rates. Not all game categories contribute equally to the clearance of wagering requirements:

• Slot games: 100% contribution;
• Live casino table games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack): 10%–20% contribution, as specified per promotion;
• Sports betting: contribution rates vary by market and are specified in individual promotion terms;
• Scratch cards and virtual games: 50% contribution unless otherwise specified.

9.5 Bonus Expiry. All bonus credits carry an expiry period from the date of issuance. Standard expiry windows are 7, 14, or 30 days as specified in the relevant promotion. Unused bonus credits and any wagering progress will be forfeited automatically upon expiry.

9.6 Bonus Abuse. kaya86 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus credit and associated winnings where the Company has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses, placing opposing bets across accounts to guarantee profit, or systematically exploiting promotion mechanics. Suspected bonus abuse will be escalated for account review.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the kaya86 platform and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or fraudulent information at any stage of registration or verification;
• Using any automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the Platform on your behalf;
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform for financial gain — any such gains must be reported immediately and will be reversed;
• Depositing funds derived from illegal or criminal activity;
• Using a VPN, proxy, or anonymising service to disguise your location and circumvent geographic restrictions or account bans;
• Attempting to launder money through the Platform;
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts or interferes with the normal operation of the Platform or other Players' experience.

All intellectual property rights in and to the kaya86 Platform — including but not limited to the website design, software, source code, game interfaces, graphics, logos, text content, and branding — are owned by or licensed to the Company. Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as granting you any licence or right to use the Company's intellectual property other than as strictly necessary for your personal, non-commercial use of the Platform.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without the prior written consent of the Company. Unauthorised use of the Platform's intellectual property may constitute an infringement of applicable intellectual property law and will be pursued accordingly.

kaya86 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The Company recognises that for a minority of individuals, gambling can become problematic. The following responsible gambling tools are available free of charge to all registered Players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps through their Account settings. Limit increases are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period before taking effect;
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session duration alerts to receive notification after a specified period of continuous play;
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to temporarily or permanently exclude themselves from the Platform may do so by contacting support. Temporary exclusion periods range from 30 days to 12 months. Permanent self-exclusion is irreversible;
• Reality Check: An optional on-screen display showing total time spent and net win/loss for the current session.

kaya86 enforces a strict minimum age of 21 years for all Account holders. Age verification is conducted as part of the KYC process. The Company will cooperate with any third-party responsible gambling organisation or national helpline where requested by a Player or their authorised representative.

13.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kaya86 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, or damage to your device resulting from accessing the Platform.

13.2 The Company's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13.3 The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The Company does not warrant that the Platform will be available continuously, free from errors, or that any technical faults will be corrected within a specified timeframe. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated to Players in advance where practicable.

13.4 Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by the Company's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.
